Frequently asked

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping across Morocco takes 2–3 business days for major cities and 3–5 business days for other regions. Express next-day delivery is available for major cities. All orders include tracking from dispatch.

Can I return or exchange a frame? +

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the frame is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging. Prescription lenses are non-returnable once cut. Contact us and we'll arrange a free return label.

Do you offer prescription lenses? +

All optical frames can be fitted with prescription lenses through our partner opticians across Morocco. You can also purchase frames only and have lenses fitted locally. Contact us for a referral to an OPTICA-certified optician near you.

What does the 1-year warranty cover? +

The warranty covers manufacturing defects including hinge failure, delamination of acetate, and plating loss on titanium frames. It does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses, or normal wear. We also offer lifetime repairs at cost from our ateliers.

How does the Virtual Try-On work? +

Our AI uses MediaPipe face-mesh to detect 468 facial landmarks in real time via your camera or a photo you upload. It positions the frame precisely on your nose bridge and adjusts for head angle. You can fine-tune scale, position, and opacity using the on-screen sliders.
