We want your OPTICA frames to arrive safely and on time. We deliver across all of Morocco. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery and our hassle-free returns process.

Free standard shipping on all orders over MAD 500 within Morocco.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+1) on business days are processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Packaging
All frames are shipped in our signature magnetic box with a microfibre cleaning cloth, hard case, and certificate of authenticity.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, frames must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@optica.ma with your order number
- We will email you a prepaid return label (Morocco only)
- Pack the frames securely in the original box
- Drop off at any designated carrier location
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Contact us and we'll arrange a free exchange for in-stock items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription lenses or custom orders
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Sale items marked as final sale
